In 2001 I started creating images on canvas using a combination of stencil and freehand work with spraypaint.

My lifelong addiction to graffiti and love of strong linear characters led me to this technique. I’ve always enjoyed drawing and painting, because of the freedom it allows.

Each piece is based around drawings from my sketchbook which vary in style from simplified characters to more lifelike portraits. A loose theme throughout is aspects of human interaction.
